Es una moto diferente<\/strong>, enfocada a clientes que buscan algo distinto a la corriente dominante en la categor\u00eda. La evoluci\u00f3n respecto a la primera Himalayan 410 de 2016 es evidente, aunque sin sacrificar el &#8216;esp\u00edritu&#8217; de la moto inicial.<\/p>\n<p>As\u00ed las cosas, la receta empleada por Royal Enfield es conocida. Llantas de radios de 21 pulgadas, delante y de 17 pulgadas, detr\u00e1s, junto con una horquilla invertida (Showa) con barras de 43 mm y un monoamortiguador trasero, con 200 mm de recorrido.<strong>\u00a0Sill\u00f3n de doble altura y un dep\u00f3sito de combustible sobredimensionado completan una silueta de trail de anta\u00f1o.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Sin duda, la postura de conducci\u00f3n de la nueva Himalayan 450 es otro de sus puntos fuertes.<\/strong>\u00a0Postura relajada, manillar alto, asiento c\u00f3modo y estriberas adelantadas lo justo para poder ponernos de pie en la moto con total facilidad.<\/p>\n<div class=\"news-carousel\"><\/div>\n<div class=\"row mb-4\">\n<div class=\"col-6\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-100\" src=\"https:\/\/services.infoauto.com.ar\/administracion-service\/files\/5ec8fb9a-7f73-4723-a851-06c436538313\" alt=\"auto\" \/><\/div>\n<div class=\"col-6\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"w-100\" src=\"https:\/\/services.infoauto.com.ar\/administracion-service\/files\/88b53a74-db1c-4a4e-aa7b-64ef15a33131\" alt=\"auto\" \/><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Los mandos de las pi\u00f1as del manillar tienen los mandos justos, es cierto, pero a cambio, funcionan de forma sencilla e intuitiva. La instrumentaci\u00f3n TFT alberga el cuentakil\u00f3metros y la pantalla del ordenador de a bordo que nos informa de consumos, autonom\u00eda, revisiones e, incluso, navegaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la app d<strong>e Royal Enfield para smartphone hacen que la Himalayan 450 no pueda catalogarse como una trail b\u00e1sica, como suced\u00eda con la 410 anterior.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Otros detalles interesantes son la toma USB-C en el manillar para conectar dispositivos externos como el tel\u00e9fono m\u00f3vil o la multitud de enganches en las barras de protecci\u00f3n<\/strong>, que nos permiten sujetar mochilas, sacos de dormir o incluso una tienda de campa\u00f1a&#8230; eso sin contar con las maletas laterales o el cofre posterior disponibles como opci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Puede que se trate del cambio m\u00e1s importante de la Himalayan 450. Seguimos hablando de un motor monocil\u00edndrico, pero en este caso, refrigerado por agua (el anterior era por aire), de cuatro tiempos e inyecci\u00f3n electr\u00f3nica, con una cilindrada de 451 cm3. Desarrolla una potencia de 40 CV a 8.000 rpm y un par motor de 40 Nm a 5.500 vueltas.<strong>\u00a0La caja de cambios de seis velocidades y el embrague antirebote completan una oferta sencilla, pero efectiva.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>El freno delantero con un disco delantero de 320 mm con pinza de doble pist\u00f3n<\/strong>, junto con el disco trasero de 270 mm y pinza de un solo pist\u00f3n son suficientes para detener la moto con solvencia en la mayor\u00eda de los escenarios. El ABS desconectable es un aliado perfecto cuando circulas por pistas o caminos.<\/p>\n<p>El peso en orden de marcha es de 196 kg y la capacidad del dep\u00f3sito de 17 litros, hacen que la Himalayan sea una moto relativamente manejable, al menos, m\u00e1s de lo que podr\u00edas pensar viendo esas cifras. Adem\u00e1s<strong>, con un consumo medio en el entorno de los 4,5 litros cada 100 km, se pueden realizar grandes tiradas sin repostar a menudo.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 aumenta su rango de acci\u00f3n gracias al nuevo motor de mayor potencia y m\u00e1s amplio rango de uso.<\/strong>\u00a0Si antes, la velocidad punta era su principal debilidad, ahora, con el nuevo propulsor ese detalle ya no ser\u00e1 una pega. Es sencillo mantener ritmos legales por carretera y si necesitas un plus de empuje, no te preocupes, porque la nueva Himalayan te respaldar\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Si bien es cierto que la mini c\u00fapula te protege del viento lo justo y que no dispone de paramanos, la verdad es que viajar a ritmos mantenidos razonables es una delicia. El motor cuenta\u00a0<strong>con unos buenos bajos y una zona media donde brilla con plenitud; una vez en marcha, no da la sensaci\u00f3n de ser una moto pesada o poco \u00e1gil.<\/strong><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Las suspensiones hacen su trabajo con solvencia, tanto en asfalto como en campo y eso se traduce en una gran comodidad y efectividad, dentro del segmento del que hablamos<\/strong>. La Himalayan no se arruga frente a ning\u00fan terreno y en todos ellos cumple. No es la mejor del segmento en cada apartado, pero aprueba en todos con facilidad y eso ya es mucho.
