(Foto: Adobe Stock)<\/div>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">El especialista explic\u00f3 qu\u00e9 es lo que hay que hacer: \u201cUna doble inhalaci\u00f3n seguida de una exhalaci\u00f3n larga pueden bajar el nivel de estr\u00e9s muy, muy r\u00e1pido\u201d, expres\u00f3 Huberman, quien dijo que este es el patr\u00f3n de respiraci\u00f3n natural y a\u00f1adi\u00f3: \u201cTodos lo hacemos de forma autom\u00e1tica durante el\u00a0<b>sue\u00f1o profundo<\/b>\u00a0cuando el di\u00f3xido de carbono en sangre es demasiado alto\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"font--primary font__display\">Cu\u00e1ndo se puede aplicar este m\u00e9todo<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">El cient\u00edfico dijo que el m\u00e9todo se puede aplicar en cualquier situaci\u00f3n o lugar y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que se trata de inhalar y justo al final colar un poco m\u00e1s de aire, como un peque\u00f1o segundo suspiro, mientras que despu\u00e9s, se suelta todo el aire en\u00a0<b>una larga exhalaci\u00f3n<\/b>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">El experto recomienda<b>\u00a0inhalar con la nariz<\/b>\u00a0y dijo que la clave est\u00e1 tambi\u00e9n en la velocidad. \u201cInhalar acelera el coraz\u00f3n; exhalar lo ralentiza. Por eso, si alargamos la exhalaci\u00f3n, estamos calmando nuestro sistema nervioso\u201d, indic\u00f3 Huberman.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">Adem\u00e1s, seg\u00fan su experiencia, es muy efectivo y hacen falta pocas series para lograr el objetivo. El experto manifest\u00f3 que uno, dos o\u00a0<b>tres suspiros<\/b>\u00a0fisiol\u00f3gicos son suficientes para notar una disminuci\u00f3n significativa del estr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"font--primary font__display\">Cu\u00e1les son los s\u00edntomas del estr\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">Los\u00a0<b>s\u00edntomas de estr\u00e9s<\/b>\u00a0pueden ser f\u00edsicos, emocionales y conductuales. F\u00edsicamente, puede manifestarse como dolor de cabeza, tensi\u00f3n muscular, problemas digestivos, fatiga y cambios en el ritmo card\u00edaco, mientras que emocionalmente, puede incluir irritabilidad, ansiedad, miedo, tristeza y dificultad para concentrarse y conductualmente como cambios en el sue\u00f1o, el apetito, o en la forma de interactuar con los dem\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">S\u00edntomas f\u00edsicos del estr\u00e9s:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul__list list\">\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Dolor de cabeza.<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Tensi\u00f3n muscular.<\/b><\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Problemas digestivos.<\/b>\u00a0Diarrea, estre\u00f1imiento, malestar estomacal pueden ser desencadenados por el estr\u00e9s.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Fatiga.<\/b>\u00a0El estr\u00e9s puede causar cansancio y falta de energ\u00eda, tanto f\u00edsica como mental.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\">Cambios en\u00a0<b>el ritmo card\u00edaco<\/b>. El estr\u00e9s puede aumentar la frecuencia.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Cambios en la presi\u00f3n arterial.<\/b>\u00a0El estr\u00e9s prolongado puede contribuir a la hipertensi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Dificultad para dormir.\u00a0<\/b>Puede dificultar el sue\u00f1o, causando insomnio o alterando la calidad del sue\u00f1o.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"paragraph font__body-regular\">S\u00edntomas emocionales:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul__list list\">\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Irritabilidad.<\/b>\u00a0El estr\u00e9s puede hacer que una persona sea m\u00e1s sensible y se enoje f\u00e1cilmente.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Ansiedad.\u00a0<\/b>Sensaciones de preocupaci\u00f3n, nerviosismo o miedo pueden ser comunes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Miedo.\u00a0<\/b>Puede generar una sensaci\u00f3n de peligro o amenaza.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Tristeza.<\/b>\u00a0Puede afectar el estado de \u00e1nimo, causando depresi\u00f3n.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\"><b>Dificultad para concentrarse.<\/b>\u00a0Puede dificultar la memoria.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list__item\">Cambios en el\u00a0<b>estado de \u00e1nimo<\/b>.
